Seneffe - Bélgica, 25 de febrero de 2010. El grupo IBt Bebig (Reuters: IBTH.BR - Bloomberg: IBTB BB) acaba de anunciar que el "memorándum en respuesta" del Consejo de Administración, que exponía su dictamen y posición sobre la oferta pública de compra obligatoria lanzada por Eckert & Ziegler and SMI Steglitz sobre el conjunto de títulos emitidos por la sociedad, ha sido aprobado por la CBFA el 25 de febrero de 2010.

Este memorándum en respuesta, independiente del prospecto, ha sido aprobado por el Consejo y redactado con la ayuda de Petercam como asesor financiero de la sociedad.
